What a day! We had black belts on the mat who earned theirs last year… and others who earned theirs over 25 years ago.

Seeing everyone together again was a great reminder of what martial arts is really about — friendships, memories, and lessons that stay with you for life.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey over the past 30 years.

🥋 30 Year Black Belt Reunion

What an incredible day this was.

We had Black Belts come back to the studio from all different years — some going all the way back 30 years ago. It was amazing seeing so many familiar faces walk through the doors again.

We started the morning with some training where everyone got a chance to move, laugh a little, and experience the new direction and curriculum we’ve been building here at the studio. It was really fun seeing everyone back on the mats again, and the feedback from everyone was awesome.

A special thanks to Roland Osborne for coming out and helping coach and train alongside me. It meant a lot to have him there working with everyone and sharing his knowledge.

After the training we spent a couple hours just hanging out, catching up, taking tons of pictures and selfies, and sharing a lot of great memories.

Moments like this remind me how much impact martial arts can have on people’s lives. Seeing everyone reconnect and hearing their stories was something really special.

Thank you to everyone who came back and helped celebrate the first 30 years. It meant a lot.

And to anyone who trained here over the years but couldn’t make it — you’re always welcome to stop by and say hello.
