LA PAR is more than a brand. It’s a mindset, a movement, and a quiet reminder of who we choose to be every day.
When I created LA PAR, it was never just about beauty or product. It was about purpose. I wanted to build something that feels like community something that inspires us to show up for ourselves and for each other, to grow with intention, and to keep becoming better versions of who we already are.
At its core, LA PAR is my way of giving back to a world that constantly gives us opportunities to evolve, to connect, and to rise.
“LIVE LIFE ABOVE THE BAR” is about raising your standard not just in achievement, but in awareness. In how you treat people. In how you speak to yourself. In how you move through the world. With kindness. With integrity. With intention. With love.
And on a deeper, more honest level, it also means choosing to rise above the noise—the pressure, the comparison, the negativity, the unnecessary chaos. It’s about living above the bu****it, not in a dismissive way, but in a grounded, self-respecting way. It’s a reminder to protect your energy, stay aligned with what matters, and not get pulled into anything that dims your light or distracts you from your purpose.
It also means learning to set boundaries. To be kind, but not naive. To never allow your kindness to be mistaken for weakness. You can be loving and still be firm. You can be giving and still protect your peace. You can care deeply and still know when to step back.
Because being “above the bar” also means being solid in who you are no matter what. Doing good work, moving with integrity, and holding yourself to a standard even when no one is watching. Having morals. Having values. Staying true to your word. That is the foundation of everything.
And always remembering: each one, teach one. We are not here just to grow individually, but to share what we learn, to uplift others, and to pass on knowledge, light, and encouragement wherever we can.
