*Changes in Code-2 Operations for 2023*

On behalf of everyone here on our Code-2 Team, we wanted to express our warmest wishes to you all for this new year! We hope everyone has had the time to enjoy themselves with their families during the Holidays. Thank you to all of our local First Responders who worked during this time to keep our communities safe!

As we move into 2023, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue all regular hours for our retail store located in Victor. As online shopping has become the standard across almost all industries, we too must adjust to keep our business as efficient as possible. The rising cost of product and continued delays within the supply chain have made it increasingly challenging to have product available to offer on our shelves.

From this point forward, access to the storefront will be by appointment only. The inventory present in our storefront will be transitioned to only the essentials, i.e. polo's, pants, boots, job shirts, and Class A uniforms. All other items will be removed from our storefront inventory. All of our additional products will be made available on our website for purchase. If you are looking for something that you do not see on our website, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to source it for you!

To make an appointment for uniform sizing in our storefront, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will transition to a different schedule that will vary day to day based on the needs of the business, so if you need to stop by please be sure to contact us so we can make sure a member of our team is present to assist you!

While this new journey is much different than we ever expected, we are excited for the future and know that this change will only improve our ability to turn orders faster and work more productively to get uniforms to all of the agencies we partner with!

We focused on the stretch, hose mechanics, confidence in the 2 1/2" line and standpipe operations. Completely customized to the Town of Batavia's operations and equipment.
