We are excited to welcome our students, parents, families, and community to "Meet the Cougars!", Thursday, August 13 in the Central High School gymnasium at 6:00 p.m
Admission to this event will be a donation to support our Central High School Athletic Department.

Admission: Please bring one or more of the following items:

Cases of bottled water
Cases of sports drinks
Washing powder
All donations will be used to support the needs of our student-athletes and athletic programs throughout the school year.

HWHSD hosted a “Cooking Matters” class, a hands-on professional development session focused on nutrition, healthy living, and personal finance management! 🍎

Participants learned practical strategies for preparing healthy, budget-friendly meals, making smart grocery choices, incorporating physical activity into daily life, and managing money through budgeting, saving, and reducing debt.

The session emphasized making informed decisions that support healthier lifestyles and stronger financial wellbeing! 🙌
