Over the summer, computer science faculty advanced research, secured competitive grants, presented at international conferences, and strengthened STEM education across Connecticut.
👏 Congratulations to:
• Mingjun Li on presenting innovative AI-enhanced teaching methods and leading a special issue on trustworthy AI.
• Abusaleh Tayeen on securing funding for cybersecurity research and mentoring graduate research presented at an international conference.
• Ingrid Russell on international conference leadership and becoming a certified ABET program evaluator.
• Andrew Jung on leading an IoT educator training initiative for Connecticut teachers and becoming a certified ABET program evaluator.
• Ahmed Bensaoud on multiple grant awards, international conference leadership, and a new faculty advisor role.
