National External Diploma Program (NEDP) is an individualized program that allows adults who have learned through life experiences to demonstrate their acquired skills to earn a West Hartford High School diploma. General Educational Development (GED) program prepares adult learners to pass the 4-part computer-based GED exam to earn a State of Connecticut diploma through instruction in science, social studies, math, language arts and basic computer skills. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) offers free beginning, intermediate and advanced instruction in speaking, reading and writing English as well as life-skills. Summer Childhood, Youth and Teen Programs offers academic and enrichment options to keep students mentally challenged and physically active.
