After successful admission to a private school in our region, we identify local host families for each student rather than boarding or independent housing. Students and host families are matched based on student needs, integrity, and open communication. It is also BGE's responsibility to work directly with each school to closely monitor student progress, ensuring academic and personal success, and
then coordinating with as appropriate with host families. All of our host families at BGE have an assigned local coordinator who serves as a point of contact for both the host family and their student. The coordinator connects frequently to get updates, listen and discuss any challenges, share ideas and plan any upcoming events. We stay current and work as a team with schools and their families to ensure that communication remains open at all times. Let us know if you are interested in becoming a host family!
