Motivational Monday:

Mr. Paul tested for his 5th degree under Bill "superfoot" Bill Wallace. Even though he has tested many times in the past this time his nerves was getting the better of him. Until Captian Frank Bogyos had some inspirational words that put his mind as ease. Then during testing proceeded to try to take Mr. Paul's head off with multiple kicks.

Greatful to have Captain Frank as a friend and brother in the Superfoot System .
