Welcome back, Bugbee 🐝’s!! Truly a 10/10 day for an amazing first day Flagpole Ceremony with our students and families. Here’s to a great year ahead filled with fun, learning, and the best community! And of course don’t forget to grab a sweet treat to celebrate with your kiddos and our Hive principals for Popsicles on the Playground this afternoon from 2:45–3:30 PM! ☀️📚🍎🍦🍭 *(also consider this a petition to have a popsicle emoji)

Children ages 2 to 12 are invited to lace up their sneakers and participate in the West Hartford Library’s Book It! fun run at Sterling Field on Saturday, July 11. Races include:

Toddler Dash (100 meters) at 10:00 a.m.

Quarter-mile race at 10:15 a.m.

1-mile race at 10:30 a.m.

All registered runners will receive a special gift. Registration is required. Call the library at 860-561-6980 or visit the West Hartford Library website.

Sterling Field is located adjacent to Charter Oak International Academy, 356 Price Boulevard, West Hartford. This program is for children and their caregivers.
