Our June Mustang of the Month winner is Ms. Kerelejza (English teacher for 8th grade Emerald Team)! We pulled entry number 26 out of a sand bucket LIVE during the last PTO meeting. Check out the photos for the winning submission!

Thank you for your support of this staff recognition program. So inspiring to see all the entries of those that do a little more to help our students grow in many ways. Wishing all our staff members a restorative and reinvigorating summer!

Summerfest didn’t happen outside, but that didn’t stop Band Director Mr. Nathan Edwards from directing thrilling sounds from KP’s own Jazz Band and Stage Band! It was a musical night for our Mustangs, and we thank them for their talent and everyone who works hard to give them the opportunity to showcase it! 🤍🎶💙

The 8th Grade Farewell Fling made quite the splash into summer tonight! Our oldest Mustangs made us so proud as they made great choices while celebrating with food, dancing, and friends this evening! KP and KP PTO were excited to give this free night of fun to the Class of 2023 to celebrate all of the time and effort they have put into their middle school years.

Our volunteers came through from set up to chaperoning to clean up. Our dance committee members did wonderful work with the decor and coordinating the many, many details. Our administrators were on deck to help keep the evening a success, and the KP PTO Board members were happy to serve as needed! It was a night to remember! 🤍💙

It’s time to celebrate our 8th graders moving up to high school! Your KP PTO Dance committee has made you a beautiful and fun splash into summer!

Dance is from 6-8pm at the large gym in the back entrance of the school! Please be sure to pick up your students no later than 8:15pm and remember the rules that were emailed this week!

TONIGHT is the 8th Grade FREE Farewell Fling put on by KP & KP PTO! 🥳🥰🤩

6-8pm in the large gym! (Pick up and drop off at the back entrance of the school)
Reserve your spot before school or at lunch!
School appropriate attire and behavior expected!
There will be pizza, snacks, drinks, DJ, raffle prizes, selfie station, and a night of memories with their KP favorites! 🤍💙

THIS FRIDAY NIGHT we want to send the 8th graders off to high school with a new tradition of a farewell fling paid for by KP and KP PTO! Tickets are FREE for any current KP 8th grade student, but they must reserve their ticket before school and at lunch the rest of this week.

We also are in desperate need of volunteers!! Chaperones, set up, clean up, food service, etc. Even if you don’t have an 8th grader, can you come out to send these Mustangs off in style?
