YMCA membership includes access to hundreds of group exercise classes including yoga, Pilates, Barre, Spin and more as well as full use of the indoor facility and drop-in childcare while you workout. Members also enjoy discounts on a wide variety of programs such as swimming lessons, youth sports like basketball, soccer and more, dance, theatre, art and music classes as well as on infant or toddler care, preschool and summer camps. The Y is a diverse community joined together by a shared commitment to nurture the potential of kids, promote healthy living and foster social responsibility.

We Asked for Sunshine… We Got Indoor Fun Instead!

Our Open House is happening today from 10 AM–1 PM, rain or shine! It’s open to the community, so bring a friend and come enjoy the fun indoors.

We’ll have karaoke in the theater, arts & crafts, face painting, and a little something for everyone. Since the Fit Truk won’t be operating due to weather, we’re moving the energy inside with a fun 30-minute Zumba class instead!

Please note: Goodwill’s household item donation drive has been cancelled due to the weather.

The forecast may have changed, but the fun hasn’t. Come stay dry with us at the Y!

The countdown to our YMCA Open House this Saturday continues; and today, we’re spotlighting the Fit Truk!🚚💪

We’re hoping the weather cooperates so you can head outside, check out the Fit Truk, and see what it’s all about! One of our instructors will be there to show you around, introduce you to the equipment, answer questions, and help you give it a try.

Never used the Fit Truk before? Even better! Open House is the perfect time to get comfortable with the equipment and discover another way to get moving at the Y.

This weekend, our doors are open—and everyone in the community is invited! Come see what the Y is all about, connect with neighbors, explore our programs, and enjoy our Open House from 10 AM–1 PM.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating the special grandparents in our lives! ❤️ Our Grandparents Day event was filled with smiles, laughter, sweet memories, and plenty of special moments shared between generations.

Are you or someone you know living through or beyond cancer? If you’re ready to embark on a journey back to health and wellness, we invite you to join our LIVESTRONG program at the YMCA!

Led by the dedicated Nicole Kilroy, this transformative program is free and spans **12 weeks**, allowing participants to connect and bond with others who have faced similar challenges. Together, you’ll share experiences, find support, and work towards reclaiming your health.

This program is open to anyone in our community who has been physically affected by cancer.

We invite you to join us after 2 PM to enjoy our main outdoor pool, dive well, and the indoor lap lane pool, along with the sauna for the rest of the evening! Dive into some fun and relaxation this Labor Day weekend!
