The students in Ms. Barbone's classroom completed their career readiness with a guest speaker from West Grove Fire Company. EMT Brendan Gardill presented valuable information on his educational and professional journey in emergency medicine. He even brought the ambulance so the students could experience hands on what the equipment does. Thank you West Grove Fire Company!

The students in the Health Career Pathways program visited the Mutter Museum in Philadelphia to reinforce the anatomy and physiology they have learned throughout the program. The Mutter Museum of The College of Physicians of Phila began as a donation from American surgeon Thomas Dent Mutter, M.D. (1811-1859).
The displays and exhibits are preserved collections of anatomical specimens, models, and medical instruments that were used in the 19th century. The students were fascinated how medicine has changed throughout the years, but not the structure and function of the human body.
