I have strong core beliefs and values, including that every person has unique talents to share and to make the world a better place. I lead, coach and engage with a holistic approach and believe a person’s well-being and quality of life are multi-faceted and interdependent. There are so many amazing, strong, and supportive women in my life who have pushed me to grow and empower myself. They have led the way through or encouraged me to find my own path.

As a women’s empowerment coach, my goal is to light the way for them to see their own gifts and potential, to release conditioning and limiting beliefs built up over the years, to embrace their uniqueness and to step into their own power of being fully the incredible women they are.

But empowerment isn’t about doing more or fixing yourself.

It’s about coming home to yourself.

Why Human Design?

Evolving into my highest self is a lifelong journey that has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. I love to learn new perspectives and tools. Then, I take what resonates and integrate it into my growth. One tool I have used for over 6 years is Human Design.

A core belief of mine is that each of us has unique talents and gifts to share with the world. We do this by learning about our self-limiting beliefs, money mindset, communication styles, energetic blueprint, purpose, intuition, and both challenging and rising above our conditioning - via our Human Design.

“Who am I, really?”

Have you ever asked yourself this question? If so, were your answers the roles/titles you hold? How did you feel as you considered your response? Did you go any deeper?

It is a question one of my mentors asked me to answer a few years ago. My first attempt was quick and basic. Not all of the answers felt great, despite being how I had come to see myself. Some were stories I told myself and others were stories others said about me and I adopted them as truth.

As I have grown, evolved, and expanded over the last few years with mentors, communities, and doing the work, I continue to revisit this question.

Growth and transformation are never done. It requires continual focus and effort. We are all at different points in our life journey and everyone is unique. It is not that the person you are today is not good enough or the pressure to keep improving. It is not about performance impacting your value.

It is a deep knowing that you are enough and have everything you need within yourself. It is about realizing the more you learn about yourself and gain both experience and tools, the more you want to evolve - for you.

Life is not meant to be easy. All worthwhile things require effort and courage to do them - despite fear.

Dynamic Shifts - After a long pause, I am back!

With deep intention, I took time to focus on being fully present in each moment, to step completely outside of my comfort zone many times, to release control, and to embrace the future with faith that it will work out as it is meant to.

Through this journey, I have personally expanded and evolved. I made memories with loved ones and crossed off some bucket list items. I am no longer the same person I was a few months ago. I have shown strength, resilience, and growth. I held strong to my boundaries and told my ego to take a seat in the back of the bus. There have been highs and lows. Each brought a lesson and integration.

As I settle into my new state and community, I will be sharing information about some new services I will be offering.

Dynamic Shifts - I have spent a great deal of my life feeling guilt and shame over things I did or regret over things I wish I had done.

I found that this cycle did not help me. Instead, it destroyed my self-confidence and my ability to be open to receive love, joy, and abundance.

I have done a great deal of inner work and rising out of the hold that cycle had on me. Now, I am able to recognize that familiar pattern early and stop it. I reflect on the learnings I need to take from my experiences and challenge myself to take accountability and identify what I will do differently next time. Then, I move on.

I have learned to embrace all versions of me over the years. I am who I am because of the experiences I have had and the people around me. I know I did and still do the best I can, with what I have, in each moment.
