RHB Skills training- 1 on 1, group training

Grace ended the season ranked 4th in the Big Ten and 13th nationally in scoring, averaging 21.4 PPG. Her exceptional ability to make mid-range shots at a high rate and finish at the rim makes her one of the most efficient scorers in the country, shooting 53% from the field and 52% in P&R.

Several strategies we use to create advantages include using intentional screening angles targeting the lower third of the on-ball defender, forcing them to go over. Also, diving an open corner ball-screen, flipping and re-screening when the defense goes under, utilizing dribble hand-offs, sealing/posting up off a shake-up pass, and being a willing shooter from 3pt range off pick-and-pops.
