Come to our garage sale this weekend!!! Share with everyone you know!

We will be having a garage sale to sell everything we have left. Everything must go! First come, first serve! We will not be doing any holds and all purchases must be taken that day. A lot of stuff left! Outdoor climbers, outdoor toys, large riding cars, art supplies, toys for all ages, books, classroom decorations, holiday decorations, shelving, containers and bins, and so much more!!

What a ride this has been but as we all know, every ride must come to an end… After 40 years of dedicated service to the Dundee and surrounding communities, The Early Education Station will be permanently closing its doors on Friday, September 30th, 2022.

To all of our staff, past and present, thank you for everything. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication you have showed us over the years. Without you, our dream would have never flourished into what it is today. The dream of providing exceptional care for an affordable price… and I think we all accomplished that and more.

To the families, past and present, thank you for entrusting us with your children for all these years. We have loved every moment of watching the children grow and we want to thank you for allowing us into your lives and creating such wonderful memories. Some of those even becoming life long friendships. We have watched families grow, children graduate college, and some who brought their own kids to us. Each and every one of you will always be part of our story.

To everyone else who has supported us over the years, thank you. Thank you for the donations and all the fundraisers you have supported. These have been a huge help in letting us give the best care to every child that has come through our doors.

We have loved every minute of this adventure and even though we don’t know where the future will take us, we will always value every relationship we have made over the years.

Here's to new beginnings and knowing we did all we could to keep this dream alive.

HELP WANTED! We are a family oriented child care center with immediate teacher positions available! Openings include full or part time hours with the opportunity of overtime. We are open Monday through Friday 7am-5:30pm and closed on major holidays. We offer competitive pay and are willing to work with your schedule. Job description: teaching and playing with children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years old, changing diapers and potty training, serving snacks and meals at scheduled times, and basic cleaning of classrooms throughout the day. • Teachers and Assistants must have high school diploma or GED.
• Lead teacher qualifications: 60 semester credit hours with 6 credits in ECE. Or 1 year ECE experience with 30 semester credits with 6 credits in ECE.
• Working with infants/toddlers, 2-5 year olds and school age children.
• Monitoring the children to ensure that they play and interact with other children in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Ensuring the children have good hygiene and changing diapers as necessary. Helping them with potty training as needed.
• Cleaning tables, toys and room throughout the day.
• Serving Lunch and snacks to the kids
• Organizing activities and projects for kids to do during the day.
• Following a schedule for the children to maintain throughout the day.
• Keeping monthly records of each child’s progress, interests and any problems that may occur.
• Maintaining contact with the children’s parents about how the day is going and what they are doing.

It was a fun filled morning for our preschoolers and school age kids!! The kids truly enjoyed playing in the snow and we all hope we get a lot more soon 😀
