OV RETIREE SPOTLIGHT - JANET MONAGHAN-FAIR
As our retirees step into a well-earned retirement, we’re honoring their amazing legacy and celebrating the massive impact they’ve left behind. Here is a look back at Janet's journey:

Janet Monaghan-Fair has been with the West Deptford School District for 15 years where she has worked in all of the district’s elementary schools and the district’s middle school.

She started her career in WD as an LPC Aide, then took on the role of a 1:1 aide and is currently working as one of Oakview’s Kindergarten Instructional Aides.

An instructional aide is often one of the most influential people in a child’s school day and that is certainly true of Janet. Every day, she works directly with students, providing support, encouragement, patience and guidance that helps them grow both academically and personally. Her dedication to our students goes far beyond her daily responsibilities. She is a trusted and caring presence who helps children feel seen, valued and capable of doing incredible things.

Oakview wishes her the best in all of her future endeavors. Congratulations!
