Wednesdays at Avante are packed with a variety of fun classes.
Literature Circles is great way to get a reluctant reader to enjoy reading. This class is geared for children reading at 2nd grade level or higher.
Math for 2nd/3rd grade is specifically for children working at those levels.
Jurassic Journey will be an exciting class where students will travel back in time to the time of Dinosaurs. 🦖
Tortuguita Spanish is a class for young learners wanting to learn Spanish. This class is filled with activities, new vocabular, songs and stories.
Finally, for Art class, students will go home with a new art project each day. The projects will be created using different materials and mediums.

Tuesdays at Avante Learning Academy will be in the afternoon. 2 levels of Spanish will be offered. The intermediate level in involves conversation, writing, reading. Children continue to be exposed to new vocabulary and learn how to conjugate verbs and build sentences correctly.
Beginner's Spanish is for young learners who little to no Spanish experience. New vocabulary is taught weekly. Children learn new songs and short stories during each lesson.
I also have a free tutoring slot available on Tuesday evenings from 6:05-6:35. Please reach out with any questions.

Hi all! Classes begin in 2 weeks. Here is the Monday schedule. The first half of the day is perfect for children struggling with Math and Reading. Please know it is not for K/1st graders, rather for children working at those levels. If you have a 2nd grader struggling with math and working below grade level, this would be a perfect class for him/her. If you have a 3rd grader reading at 1st grade level, the guided reading class will help boost their reading level. The 2nd half of the day is Botany which is a very hands-on class as children will plant their own seeds, and observe a variety of plants throughout the semester. The US Geography class helps children learn about our various landforms and all of our states. They keep a journal and fill in a giant map during each lesson. Please reach out with any questions.
