Beginning August 17th, 2026, the Town of Springdale will implement a new collection schedule to improve the overall efficiency of our sanitation services. With this schedule change, we can better utilize our equipment and staff, while continuing to provide the most reliable services to our residents.

Today we held a ribbon cutting for Springdale’s first public art installation, a beautiful mural representing what makes our Town special. This mural is a reminder that investing in our community isn't just about roads and buildings, it's also about creating spaces that inspire, connect, and celebrate who we are.

Public art has a unique way of bringing people together. It tells a story, and creates a sense of place. This mural will serve as a welcoming landmark for residents and visitors alike.

We are grateful to have received the grant that made this project possible. We sincerely thank everyone who helped bring this vision to life, especially our grant partners Keep America Beautiful, Keep the Midlands Beautiful, and the talented artist Michael Geddings, whose creativity now brightens the wall of Town Hall.
