Gulf Coast Christian Center (GCCC) values every child that enters into its doors and every child within the community. The church is focused on “Rebuilding a Generation” and that focus starts with our children. Throughout the year, GCCC hosts a number of events that are focused specifically for our children. These events fill and entertain our children both spiritually and physically. Every Sunday
at our regular church services, and every Wednesday evening at Bible Study, the Children’s Ministry at GCCC offers age-specific classes which allow children to bond with kids of their own ages for a more productive learning environment. Boys and girls learn God’s truth and how it applies to their daily lives; the WildOnes goals are to influence children positively to make wise choices and actions with God in mind. Our loving mentors and teachers utilize creative techniques which allow children to understand and to apply sound Biblical teachings at home, at church, at school, and at play. The Children’s Ministry at GCCC gives students the opportunity to take their faith to the “next level” by helping bridge the gap between culture, faith, and growing up. Typical activities include:
- Playing “crazy” games with a Christ-like attitude
- Listening to upbeat music from a Christian perspective
- Discussing current events with our awesome Christian leaders
- Learning God’s Word and developing spiritually and emotionally
Lastly, the Children’s Ministry provides all of this learning, sharing and fun in a safe environment which allows parents to relax, to feel comfortable, and to focus as they receive a message from God from our wonderful Pastor Bob Hankins
