Have you heard about our Rent the Rock fundraiser?? We wanted to make sure everyone knew exactly how to sign up and our instructions were clear to all!
Celebrate a birthday, accomplishment, or special message by painting our Spirit Rock. Rentals are $25 for a 24 hour period and all proceeds will go to the Springdale Elementary PTO to support staff and students.
By signing up below, you are agreeing to the following rental guidelines:
• $25 per day (rain or shine, non-refundable)
• You must paint the rock yourself or hire someone to paint it. Painter recommendation below.
• One-day rentals only (no back to back days)
• Paint the day before you want it displayed, after 3 PM. If you have signed up for a Monday, you may have it painted anytime on Friday after 3 PM.
◦ Example: To display on October 11th, paint it on October 10th after 3 PM.
• Only the carline-facing side may be painted.
• Messages must be family friendly and appropriate.
• Clean up after yourself and dispose of all paint and materials off campus.
• No materials like glitter, puffy paint, stickers, vinyl, etc.
• You must use a tarp or some type of covering to put down over the grass while you paint.
Painting Tips
• Use spray paint and/or acrylic wall paint.
• To cover the previous design before starting your own, 2 cans of spray paint (any color you choose) should do the trick.
• Bring all supplies (no water access onsite).
Important Notes
• Painting is at your own risk - SES PTO is not responsible for accidents or damage.
• Rock designs may be removed if deemed inappropriate.
• Only those with a confirmed reservation may paint. The PTO will not be refunding or repainting if someone paints over your design.
