We are happy to announce the creation of 2Sam9, founded with 2nd Samuel chapter 9 as inspiration. 2Sam9 provides an in home enrichment educational service to families primarily with children with special needs. As a certified special education teacher it was my desire to open up a small classroom setting in my home with the purpose of truly implementing intensive academic instruction which truly

meets the individual needs of my students. While the primary focus of 2Sam9 is to educate students with special needs, we do provide enrichment learning services and educational opportunities for all children. Currently we use My Father's World curriculum, as well as, Engage New York Math, Singapore Math, Scaredy Cat Reading System by Joyce Herzog, and Wilson Reading System by Barbara A. Many other resources are used to help supplement learning. 2Sam9 believes in a holistic, multi-sensory approach to learning. We believe every child can...can learn, can grow, can overcome, can succeed, and be all God has purposed!!! Every child is wonderfully made in the image of our Holy God, and we praise Him for His workmanship and the promise He has given us in Philippians 1:6

2Sam9 is still a dream God placed in my heart many years ago. I had the amazing opportunity to work with a few families and then God called me into “training” so I could continue to learn all the necessary things for pursuing this dream to become a reality.
