Not every teammate is your friend. And some of them? Yeah… they’re straight up mean.

The whispers. The side-eyes. The fake hype in the dugout. The passive-aggressive crap that somehow always shows up when you’re grinding your ass off trying to get better. It’s wild because these are the same people you’re supposed to go to war with. Wear the same jersey. Trust in big moments.

And that’s the part that messes with you.

Because as a female athlete, you’re wired to “keep the peace.”
Be a good teammate. Don’t rock the boat. Stay likable.

Nah. Not me.

Respect the jersey. Respect the game.
But let’s get one thing straight—you don’t have to tolerate bu****it just because you share a lineup card.

You can be a great teammate and still have a backbone.
You can show up for your team and still call out the energy that’s toxic as hell.
You can lead without being fake. Compete without kissing ass.

Some of the toughest lessons I ever learned had nothing to do with spin rate or velocity…
It was learning how to stand tall in a dugout that didn’t always feel like home.

And guess what? That edge? That fire?
That’s what carried me.

Because at the end of the day…
You don’t need everyone to like you.

But you damn sure better respect yourself.

And if someone’s bringing that weak, jealous, mean girl energy into your space?

Compete harder.
Stand taller.
And don’t let them take a single ounce of who the hell you are.

Keep grinding.

Tonight was our annual MSP Stars Trivia Night. It was such a magical amd fun night. Tons of laughs, tons of prizes and tons of great memories. Thank you for all our volunteers, donations and attendees!!!

Tonight was MSP STARS annual holiday party. We had cheer, prizes and food galore. Smiles and laughter heard through the night, with Santa stopping by to start off the night.

Hope everyone had fun and a great start to the Holiday.

MSP Stars did it again. For the past five seasons we have been donating time to Feed My Starving Children. It keeps getting bigger and better every year. So proud of these players and families donating time to help children and families throughout the world.

CONGRATULATIONS to MSP Stars 14u Orange for taking 2nd place in Melrose Park conference. They battled today losing by 1 in the championship game in bottom of 8th inning. Be proud ladies, you did shine bright today!!!
