🎤 Meet Brandon Fantozzi, our amazing Music Teacher at West Chicago Community High School, who has been with us for 23 years! Here’s what he has to say about our incredible school:
"There are so many aspects of working at West Chicago High School that I enjoy, making it hard to choose just one. However, what consistently stands out to me is the opportunity to build and nurture meaningful relationships. The student body is eager to connect with supportive mentors, while my colleagues are collaborative and open to discussing everything from daily life to the latest trends in curriculum within our subject areas. The administration is equally committed to your professional growth, celebrating your achievements both in the classroom and through extracurricular activities. If this type of work environment appeals to you, then West Chicago High School is the ideal place to be. The sense of pride we share for one another is contagious, and it drives us to celebrate our diversity, our successes, and to prioritize building a strong sense of team."
If this sounds like the kind of place you’d love to be a part of, apply today and make a difference at West Chicago Community High School! Visit www.d94.org/administration/hr

Seniors in American Government class are debating and voting on their mock bills today on issues including increasing the federal minimum wage, legalizing the death penalty in Illinois, and increasing domestic oil production. This student run culminating event provides opportunities to put civic education in action. Additionally, students were able to ask questions and meet their current State Representative and State Senator.

If you need to register to vote, we can help! Come to the home football game on 9/27/24, where volunteers from the League of Women Voters will be at a table near the concession stand. You will need two IDs and one must have a current address. Also, several staff members are deputy registrars and can register you at the school.
You can also register online at https://ova.elections.il.gov/ or at any DMV, library, the Election Commission, and city and village offices.
