The fall semester is right around the corner. Make sure your rent payment is taken care of before moving in!

📅 Fall Semester Rent is due August 15

💳 Paying out of pocket or using 529 funds? Your fall rent payment must be submitted by the due date.

🎓 Using Financial Aid Authorization through the Ram Portal? Be sure to authorize excess aid and pay any remaining balance by September 15.

On North Campus, there are a variety of heights between 28 and 40 inches you can have your bed set to! This opens up more space for storage, a mini fridge, or (just about) anything!

🛏️ Move ALL of your belongings into your space
👋 Head out and return on your assigned date

Be sure to bring everything with you; unloading zones and carts won’t be available later!

USH Move-In Time Slots open July 15, 2026 at 12 PM for incoming students ⏰ (July 16 for returning students)

As part of your move-in process, you’ll select either a Drop & Go or Move-In Time Slot through the USH Resident Portal. Available times will be based on your building, floor, and availability. So be sure to log in to grab your preferred spot!
