Mezzanine access works best when it's planned alongside the rest of the facility, not added in after equipment and operations are already in place. A hospital daycare entry has a lot to do. It needs to welcome families, provide accessible routes, protect people from the weather, and fit the larger campus.

For a daycare center at a hospital in Beaufort, SC, Upside Innovations installed custom green cantilever entrance canopies, matching window awnings, ADA-compliant ramps, and entry stairs for a modular building. The weather-resistant powder coating matched the hospital’s green accent color, while integrated drainage moved water away from the walkways.

The project brought weather protection, accessibility, and a finished campus look together in a modular aluminum system. The components install efficiently and can be reconfigured as facility needs change.
