So honored and grateful to be awarded the 2024 Outstanding Leadership Award from West Chester University. Today, I had the privilege of serving as the keynote speaker at the 2024 Ruby Jones Conference, where I shared insights on "The Dignity-Driven Leader." I focused on helping students develop the skills and tools to create spaces of belonging and use their voices for advocacy on campus.

The conference aimed to create an educational environment where students could engage in learning that raises awareness and promotes action-oriented dialogue on racial, cultural, and social issues affecting life on campus, in communities, and in society.

It was truly wonderful to reconnect with old friends and colleagues—it felt like a homecoming. Once a Golden Ram, always a Golden Ram. Thank you to everyone who made this event so meaningful!

Thank you, La Salle University, for the opportunity to come and conduct a bystander intervention training session with your students. It was a powerful and engaging experience. I hope everyone walked away understanding the importance of not being a passive observer, how to safely intervene in challenging situations, and the role we all play in creating a supportive and inclusive community. Together, we can make a difference by standing up, speaking out, and being proactive allies.

Education should inspire and ignite passion and curiosity, rather than just transferring knowledge. It captures the transformative power of education to spark change, growth, and understanding.
