We had a visit from Bill Haders from 80 Acres Farm today!!!! Our students are working on the OSLN Design Challenge and asked to invite this urban farmer into the school. What an amazing experience!!! Looking forward to our continued partnership!

What an amazing day at The Kinder Garden School of West Chester!!! Teachers from Alliance Française de Cincinnati came to teach and celebrate French culture by featuring lessons about The Olympic Games held in Paris over the next few weeks!!! I am beyond grateful to be partners with such an amazing organization!!! Celine Sagot-oliveras and Danielle, MERCI!!!

So proud to have been invited by to be on a panel at the Ohio STEM Innovation Summit in Columbus, OH to discuss The Kinder Garden School of West Chester's participation in the OSLN Design Challenge! This year, we were connected with ExpertLink, a program designed to assign NASA experts to our classroom through Zoom meetings. This was a great way to show our students the importance of the space program in our lives! And, let's be honest, space is so cool and talking to people who work in the space program is unreal! The mediator of the panel was Emily Matula, an EVA Certified Instructor and Flight Controller with NASA Johnson Space Center. So fun to connect with other STEM educators!!!!

So proud to be in Columbus at Battelle today! The Kinder Garden School of West Chester is one of only 21 schools in Ohio to be invited to present out work at the design showcase! We are the southwest Ohio hub winners!!! Our kindergarten and first grade students knocked it out of the park!!!!

I am so excited to share that The Kinder Garden School, West Kinder Garden School of West Chester has come out on top within our regional hub for the Ohio STEM Learning Network's Design Challenge! SUCH A FUN EXPERIENCE!!!! Four of our students will attend the statewide Design Showcase on February 23 at Battelle in Columbus!
