One week ago today, we finally got to recognize long time OSLI Director Charlie Warner There is no one else more responsible for creating the culture of leadership at WCU than the staff member that served the University for 30 years, and created the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement.

Another surprise for him is that the Most Improved Student Organization Award will now be named in his honor. His “quiet leadership” style symbolizes the hard work that an organization does to improve – bit by bit and better for those who come after.

Thanks Charlie, for all you have done and continue to do for the students of WCU.
