Important update!

In some circles, sparring is synonymous with fighting. This isn’t the case. Sparring is a training tool and is best done within safe parameters. These are the rules put forth by with some parameters on when and how to enforce them! There is a time and place for hard sparring, but safety and volume beats reckless intensity

In Brazilian jiujitsu , there are 4 distinct situations in closed guard: the opponent is kneeling, the opponent has one knee up attempting to stand, the opponent is standing with broken posture, and the opponent is standing with posture. Do you have an answer for each?
