Hey everybody welcome our newest instructor. She will be teaching Vinyasa on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 am.

Jessica is a 200 CYT who teaches vinyasa, hatha, and gentle, trauma-informed yoga. Her classes are rooted in the connection between breath and movement, blending mindful flow with opportunities to build strength, find balance, and cultivate presence.

With additional training in trauma-informed yoga and Reiki Level I, Jessica is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive space where every student feels welcome—whether they're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice. She enjoys weaving yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and heart-centered themes into her classes, encouraging students to connect with themselves both on and off the mat.

Meet Judy!

Judy has been practicing yoga daily since she first stepped on her mat in 2004. She has been teaching in studios and fitness clubs since 2007. Judy has trained in four lineages: Kripalu, Viniyoga, Classical and Inner Fire. Her gentle classes are an eclectic mix of these traditions with a plethora of modifications and adaptations. She has a deep love for Restorative Yoga and has taught hundreds of local teachers the Art of Restorative Yoga.

She is also trained in yin, trauma informed, yoga dance and children’s yoga. In addition to her signature Restorative Yoga Teacher Training that she started teaching in 2010, she leads a Meditation Training, a Chair Yoga Training, and A Gentle Yoga Training. Judy just finished co-leading a 300 hr advanced yoga teacher training and she has co-created and co-lead five 200 hour teacher trainings starting in 2017.

Judy’s philosophy and the name of her business is Yoga for Everybody. When she first started teaching, some studios didn’t have props, very few folks were giving modifications and “ gentle” yoga wasn’t really gentle! She created a mat yoga style that was not just for the young, lean and physically fit. She welcomes everyone to her classes especially brand new beginners who think they “ can’t do yoga”.

When to practice with Judy:

FRIDAY Gentle at 10am
SUNDAY All Levels at 8:30am (every other week…alternating with Leah)

Meet Mary!

Mary has been practicing yoga for the last ten years, but fell deeply in love with the practice once she became a mother. When her son was only a year old she felt a calling to deepen her own practice and embarked on her YTT journey. Through her training, she discovered an appreciation for trauma informed cueing, a passion for anatomy, and a gratitude for community. Mary has experienced the therapeutic benefits of yoga, especially as a postpartum mother, and hopes to bring that to her students. In her classes, you will find a balance of strength and flexibility as well as the use of props to go deeper into a pose or to experience a pose differently. Yoga is meant to meet you where you are; Mary practices this philosophy by modifying postures that make sense for your anatomy. Walking into her classes, you will feel her maternal energy, as she is a deeply empathetic and caring person. As a graduate of English Literature, you will notice a nod to poetry, writing, and yoga philosophy in Mary’s teachings to help her students marry their practice to daily living.

In Mary’s free time you will find her working away in her garden, writing at the library, or playing in the mountains with her family.

When to practice with Mary:

THURSDAYS at 6:30 pm - Slow Flow into Awareness (starting June 18)

TUESDAYS at 9:30 am - Vinyasa (subbing for Deanna)

In Shamanism, a power animal may be any creature such as a mountain lion, eagle, ladybug, whale, lizard, or a mythological creature. We can call upon these animals to guide us and lend their wisdom. You can never have too many, for each has unique gifts, personality traits, and abilities to help us through certain situations and circumstances. They are great allies to provide clarity and navigate transition in life.

Corinne will guide you through a meditation journey to meet your power animal. Please dress comfortably and bring a journal.
