Freshmen orientation is 8/24 (full day, students only). Grades 10-12 will log in via Google Classroom that day.

8/25 is the first day in person for grades 10-12.

We are working so hard to get everything ready for you and we can't wait to see you all!

Our Stressbusters event is finally back, with new and fun activities in the works! Stressbusters is a stress-relief event to expose students to a variety of calming, stress-relief activities and positive coping skills. Possible activities include:

therapy dog visits 

coloring station

craft station

healthy snacks

resource handouts

games

puzzles

yoga

SWERK (dance fitness)

art activities

Students, here's a great opportunity for some service hours!

We are looking for Help next Monday 12/20, we could use you from 5pm to 7pm. This would be perfect for students looking for Service community hours or if you just have a few hours you want to hang out with us the more the merrier.

We have purchased some newer Food Bins and we need to scrape off old tags, put on new labels, and wipe the bins out, we will also do a good sweeping of floors and cleaning off shelves, moving the old broke bins to an area for pick up to be removed.

We are going to meet 12/20 from 5pm to 7pm – this will be at our food warehouse behind the Payne Rec Center. We know kids are out on Christmas break and because we do not have bins going out this is the best time for us to get ready before the new 2022 year.

If you know of a student who could use a few hours of Community service or just find you have the time to help we would love to have you. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me (Jennifer Stanton or thru our Pirate Pack page).

Everyone deals with grief differently. Some feel angry, some try to stuff their feelings down and pack them away, others use humor, and some will be just plain sad. Grief changes from moment to moment and it comes in waves. Your way of coping may not be my way of coping. It is okay to deal with this differently. Please handle each other with care. Come to us if you need us. We are PIRATES and we will weather this storm TOGETHER.
