• Customized Training – credit and non-credit courses can be customized to meet the specific needs of area businesses and industries. Open enrollment courses are available on a regular basis as scheduled in the Options catalog. The Options catalog is updated several times a year, arriving by mail and available online at www.cbiziowa.com
• Assessment – new hire assessment and work skills assessment for current employees
• Professional Consultative Services – consultants experienced in their specialties offer services to business and industry to assist in solving specific operational problems.
• Iowa Small Business Development Center- free, confidential, one on one business consulting is areas of business start-up, business and marketing plan development, financing, accounting, and business succession.
• Training Funding Incentives – CBIZ administers funding to support to businesses and industries which are expanding their workforce or retraining existing workers.
• Meeting and Conference Facilities – The RiverPark Place Burlington facility offers training, meeting and conference rooms for use by business, industry and the community. All rooms are appointed with the highest level of presentation technology, including LCD projectors, teleconferencing phones and videoconferencing equipment.
