8 years ago, I was told I had less than 30 days to live. At that point, God stepped in and to control. Since that day, I've shared my story with as many people as I could. There is hope. Your life is a miracle, a gift from God. Your body is the house your spirit resides in. To feed it garbage and poison it with drugs and alcohol is so disrespectful to our maker. Your mind, body and soul need to be fed everyday through exercise, prayer (meditation), reading all this honors God's gift to us. Make the right choices, set an example to your family and friends. Be your best in everything you do. You never know when your last day will be here. If you need help getting starting in a program DM me I work with all levels of fitness and challenges.

I spent part of my life in a state of self-hatred by numbing myself out with the use of alcohol. Now, today, I live in gratitude and help others find their path to self-love. Life is too short if we are always waiting for tomorrow or the next vacation to enjoy our lives. Your life will be wasted. Be present with everyone and everything. .online
