Mother Nature Has Spoken!

Mother Nature has sent us a pretty clear signal that she would prefer our Dolly Parton tribute to be performed indoors!

Thanks to our wonderfully cooperative neighbors at Cape Cod Community College, we’ll be able to accommodate all ticket holders for one special performance:

Sunday, September 20 at 4:00 PM
Tilden Arts Center at Cape Cod Community College
2240 Iyannough Road
West Barnstable, MA 02668

Tickets for both the originally scheduled 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM performances at Tangletuit will be honored. You don’t need to exchange your tickets or do anything special — just show up at the new venue at 4:00 PM!

Our Box Office will also be calling all ticket holders to make sure everyone is aware of the change.

We’re thrilled that the show can go on — now safely out of the weather! Join us for this very special and moving celebration of Dolly Parton’s extraordinary music, featuring the incredible Sara Sneed and an all-star lineup of some of Cape Cod’s finest musicians.

Same Dolly. One show. New venue. No rain ponchos required.

Whether you're a seasoned performer or trying something new, we invite you to audition and become part of the magic at Tilden Arts Center! 🎭✨

Mark your calendar now for auditions for "Love/Sick," by John Cariani, the playwright who brought us the endearing and quirky "Almost, Maine."

"Love/Sick" is a collection of slightly twisted completely hilarious short plays that explore the joys and pains of love. Full of imperfect lovers and dreamers, this unromantic comedy is for the romantic in everyone.

*AUDITIONS*
Tuesday Sept. 15, 6-8 PM
Wednesday Sept. 16, 2-3 PM & 6-8 PM

*CALLBACKS*
Thursday Sept. 17, 6-8 PM

Performances Nov. 5-21, 2026

*WHAT TO PREPARE*
You are encouraged to prepare a 1-minute comedic monologue. Auditions will entail hearing prepared selections and readings from the script. We encourage you to review the sides prior to auditions to familiarize yourself with the text.

*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*
We are looking for an ensemble of approximately 8 actors who will play multiple parts. That means we're looking for performers who can differentiate characters physically and vocally. We're also looking for strong partnering ability – that means listening and responding!

For full details regarding characters, dates, intimacy and loaded content, please visit the link below to access the Audition Packet.

We strongly suggest RSVP-ing for auditions so we know to expect you!
