We've been trying to get a class or club to host another dance at Rose Hill House and now it happened! Thanks to the Black Student Education and Empowerment Club for hosting. Over 25 students came to celebrate Valentine's Day with Rose Hill Residents. The residents were thrilled and EVERYONE had a great time! Thanks to Brian Barlay and Brianna Hamilton for organizing a great event! Multigenerational events provide rich learning and appreciation for all involved.

Thanks to several of our STLCC-Meramec students and English faculty for their hard work planting cord grass to restore the natural prairie at Jones Public Lands! In 30 years the prairie will be back to it's original state! We had a great time helping provide sanctuary to many native animals.

This was such a great experience for our girls and the children at Ranken Jordan Children's Rehab hospital! The kids loved Christine Salamone's book, It's Not So Rough Being a Working Dog! It is a sweet book with a great message! Thanks to the Glendale-Kirkwood Kiwanis, we also gave 25 copies of the book to the hospital for the kids. The team and children also had fun "dancing" after story time! Wish you could have seen the kids, but, we are not allowed to photograph them for their privacy.
