Team Soar is a Next Generation Learning Classroom comprised of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students where learning is based on ability not grade level. In Team Soar we believe that every child will succeed with the help of the Jefferson Way GRRR (Growing students who are Responsible, Respectful, and Ready to Learn) but also by creating personalized lessons and education to suit the needs of each individual child.
