West Allis Central High School Bands

The WAC 2026 Band Camp week has finally come to a close, and we are extremely excited for this upcoming year. Every year, the band just gets better- with their attitudes and playing, and this week has been amazing. There’s been so much hard work put in (granted a lot of breaks and fun too) and it shows on the field and in our sound. We ended our band spirit week as well with the juniors winning the spirit trophy (Best Marching, and dressed up the most days), and with soak a drum major.

4/5 Days of the WAC Band 🎶 camp have been completed, and the band has really improved in the past couple days! Tomorrow we will march on a “real” lined field, and practice even harder, finally completing this week.

Band Camp day 1 and 2/5 completed!! Yesterday was class color day and today wrapped up with anything but an instrument for the spirit week!

Our final senior in the class of '26 is Aspen!! 🎓

Aspen has shown a love for music through learning every instrument possible! We have loved watching your passion for music grow, and we know your future students will learn so much from you. We will miss your drive next year!!

Our next senior from the class of '26 is Tevin! 🎓

Tevin has been a fixture in all aspects of our band program- performing in every ensemble and teaching those around him what it means to dive deep into music. We will miss you next year!

To end the year, the band played a musical charades game, each team receiving a topic and having to convey it through music and action! There were a lot of great moments, funny dance routines and laughs during them. overall a great way to end the year.
