Honoring Our Military Families! 💜

We are thrilled and incredibly proud to announce that Twin Valley South School District has officially earned the Purple Heart distinction for the State of Ohio! This honor recognizes our ongoing commitment to supporting military-connected students and families in our community.

A special congratulations to our representatives, Katie Caplinger (on maternity leave), Kate Mathews and Kiersten Munn, alongside Middle School Principal Caleb Walker, who accepted the awards on behalf of our entire district.

Thank you to our staff, students, and community for helping create a supportive, welcoming environment for those who serve and have served.

Last Friday, October 12th, we had a fantastic time hosting Brad Mansfield from and Greg Brooks from for a special student tasting!

Middle and High School students got to sample Chicken Tikka Masala, Teriyaki Chicken, Cilantro Lime Rice, and Naan Bread—and vote on their favorites. It was awesome seeing the students try new flavors and share their feedback!

A huge THANK YOU to Brad and Greg for taking the time to visit our schools and bring such fun, delicious options to our students!
