🍓 Our students had a wonderful time on our strawberry picking field trip last week!🍓

Not only did they enjoy gathering sweet, fresh strawberries straight from the field, but they also loved feeding the cows on the property and learning about how drones are used in modern agriculture. It was such a fun opportunity to see firsthand how farming works while spending time outdoors together.

Overall, it was a wonderful (and very yummy!) day that our students won’t soon forget!

Spirit Week last week was full of laughter, creativity, and school pride! It was such a joy to see our students and staff come together and make each day special. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make it such a fun week! 🎉💙

As we celebrate Christmas today, we’re reminded of the joy and truth of this season. Our Christmas program a couple of weeks ago was a sweet reminder of what Christmas is truly all about, celebrating the birth of our Savior and sharing that message together as a school family.

Seeing our students participate with such joy and watching our families gather together made that evening especially meaningful, and the message continues to echo today.

As our semester comes to a close, students have spent the last nine weeks learning about the virtue of justice—understanding it as seeking what is right through God’s design and His Word. We discussed how true justice begins with how we treat others, recognizing that every person is made in God’s image and has great value. As we approach Christmas, we are reminded that people are never obstacles, but the very reason Christ came.

Joseph didn’t work hard because his jobs were glamorous—he worked hard because he was a man of virtue. Whether he was cleaning stalls or leading Egypt, Joseph practiced temperance: doing his best work every time, not for reward, but because that’s what a virtuous person does. At Faith, we want our students to learn the same lesson—that the true “payout” of hard work isn’t what you get from it, but who you become through it.

Temperance. It’s not a word we hear much today, but it’s one our students are learning about in chapel through the story of Joseph. Joseph’s life was full of highs and lows—from being sold by his brothers to becoming second in command of Egypt—but through it all, his character stayed the same. Faithful. Humble. Self-controlled.That’s what true temperance looks like, and it’s only possible through God’s help.👉 Ask your child what they learned about Joseph this week—you might be surprised at their answer!

We are so thankful for an incredible start to the school year. From joyful reunions and new friendships, to classrooms full of learning and laughter, it has been such a blessing to see our students and staff dive in with excitement.
