Sad and true

Realize that the version of them you fell in love with, the loving, kind version you keep waiting to come back was not authentic, it was part of the manipulation and will only resurface after they manipylate you more, after they discard you again. It’s part of the vicious cycle and you will remain in this cycle as long as they are in your life.

The longer you stay, the more you will lose yourself, your worth, and your mental health.

Proverbs 4:23
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.l

This is one of the most difficult things to process.

Everyone else thinks they are soooo nice and thoughtful. And it gets worse after you break things off… because they play the victim.

Let it go… don’t let it eat you up inside. Eventually, their patterns will tell the truth.

And they will do this over and over again until you are exhausted with confusion.

It will change who you think you are.

I remember the promises, the false hopes that I would hang onto, praying things would change… and they never did, they just got worse.

Don’t waste your time on second chances that quickly turn into endless loops of broken promises, pain, and confusion.

Pray for God to deliver you from the toxic relationship, trust in His timing and ask for Him to help you remain peaceful, and strong while you wait for Him.

Pray through until your breakthrough.

And the cycle goes on and on and on

A Divorce Lawyer Once Said:

There is no peace at home when a woman is emotionally, mentally, and financially drained, when her voice goes unheard, her efforts go unnoticed, and her heart carries the weight of neglect.

Men often settle where there is peace, where the walls feel safe and the environment stable.

But women, true women, create peace only when they are treated with love, respect, and care when their hearts feel valued, their minds feel supported, and their spirits feel acknowledged.

You cannot expect a woman to build a sanctuary when her energy is depleted, her dreams feel dismissed, her heart is bruised, and her soul feels unseen.

A home is not just a roof and walls; it is the atmosphere she cultivates, the warmth she nurtures, and the safety she holds.

A peaceful home starts with how you treat the woman who keeps it all together, who holds the threads of family, love, and life in her hands.

Honor her, support her, and love her fully and only then will the home truly feel like a haven.
