WHS JROTC Booster Club

This past Saturday, our booster club participated in a Weslaco Panther Corp Booster sponsored Winterfest! It had a car show, along with other festivities. Our booster set up a booth in order to raise money for our JROTC cadets! It was cold, but they got things done! They also had a little fun too!

Pictured here are our JROTC cadets preparing for their trip to Fort Knox in Kentucky! They're working hard as a team to get their minds and bodies ready for the challenges they'll face! They're excited, but it's a lot of hard work. One way the WHS JROTC Booster Club helps them is to help raise funds for trips like these to give our cadets an awesome JROTC experience! We are very proud of them, and we wish them luck on their trip!

What a spectacular game night for our JROTC cadets! Our booster club assisted our cadets with their tent at the Weslaco Panthers vs. San Benito Greyhounds game last night! The raspas were a hit and were completely sold out! Great job cadets and booster members!

Our booster members and cadets had a very successful chicken plate sale this weekend! Thanks to The Smoking Mafia BBQ Team for cooking 500 pieces of chicken for us! All the extra plates we had were donated to our local police and fire department Weslaco Police Department Weslaco Fire Department ! We are very thankful to everyone who supported us! All of the money we earned with this sale goes to our cadets.
