We can’t wait to see everyone today at our Back to School Giveaway at 615 S. International Blvd! 🎉✂️🎒

🚗 Parking Instructions:
Please park in the Food Stamp Office parking lot located off Moreland Dr. (highlighted in yellow on the map).

After parking, simply walk down the west-side walkway of the building (marked with the red line) to reach the event entrance.

This will help us keep traffic flowing and make the event safer for everyone attending.

Now Hiring: Afterschool Teacher / Preschool Floater

Maelee’s Learning Academy 5 is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic team member to join our family!

Position: Afterschool Teacher / Preschool Floater
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and engage children in our afterschool program.
* Assist with homework, activities, and outdoor play.
* Occasionally step into the preschool classroom to support teachers as needed.
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications:

* Loves working with children.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
* Childcare experience is preferred but not required.
* Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.

We’re starting to plan our Back to School Drive, and we’re looking for any vendors, businesses, or sponsors who may be willing to partner with us to make it a special event for our families.

If you know anyone who might be interested in donating their time, services, or products, please let us know! Some ideas include:
• Moon jumps or inflatable rentals
• Food vendors or snack/drink sponsors
• Barbers offering free haircuts
• Cosmetologists providing manicures, pedicures, or simple hairstyles for the girls
• Face painters, balloon artists, or entertainers
• Backpack and school supply sponsors
• Local businesses interested in setting up a booth or giving away promotional items
• Any other family-friendly services or activities
