EWHS African American Culture Club/Gospel Choir Alumni

Hello Everyone. The East Wake Alumni Scholarship Fundraiser Banquet was held this past Thursday night. This group who consist of former members of the EWHS African American Culture Club and Gospel Choir was able to present them with a money order in the amount of $250. Thanks to Gaven Mayo, Shaunita Archie, Delonda Dixon, Christy Miller, Taurian Parham, and Tesha Imari for your donations to our campaign to honor the memory of Mrs. Alberta Smith. Everything given is greatly appreciated and will go towards helping an East Wake High School senior with their continued education. Anyone who wasn't able to give to our campaign can always make a donation on the East Wake High School Alumni Association website. Again thank you all. Abundant Blessings to you all.❤️

Hello, as you may know the former participants of the East Wake High School African American Culture Club and Gospel Choir is raising funds to donate to the East Wake High School Alumni Scholarship Fund in memory of our former teacher and director Mrs. Alberta Smith. We've only raised $190 at the time of this message. Will you please consider giving to this worthy cause so we can proudly make a nice donation on behalf of what the African American Culture Club and Gospel Choir represented, while also honoring our beloved former teacher and director Mrs. Alberta Smith. In order for the funds to be available and ready to be presented at the Scholarship Banquet that will be held on November 7, we are asking that all donations for this effort and endeavor be made to our GoFundMe account by Nov. 1, 2024. After that date you can still give to the scholarship fund by going to the East Wake High School Alumni website.
