Tomorrow is Palm Sunday. The start of the Easter season. The day of Jesus’s triumphant return to Jerusalem. We would have had lots of stories and crafts for this Easter season. Below is the scripture from Matthew and a video for the kids about Palm Sunday. I encourage you to watch and have your children make their own palms for Palm Sunday. Many churches are asking members to hang their palms on their doors to signify the special day.

🌿The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them. They brought the donkey and the c**t and placed their cloaks on them for Jesus to sit on. A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted,

“Hosanna to the Son of David!”
“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”
“Hosanna in the highest heaven!”
