What camping recipe do you like in the woods?

The Eco-Stewardship program has spent a majority of its wilderness trips at 8 Mile Lake in the . The recipe I teach is to make fish tacos:

Season fish with lemon and after gutting and rinsing. (You can keeps heads on, if your pan is big enough)
Oil the pan (drop a little lemon or water to check if oil is hot enough)
Moisten the skin of the fish with lemon and roll in flour/flavor
Lay fish on side in hot pan flip over every few minutes. (Keep cooking fins to create chips)
On the side chop up cabbage to go with fish inside a soft tortilla
