All-Day Testing Event
📅 Saturday, August 22
⏰ Check-in: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
📍 Chelan County Fairgrounds, Pavilion Building
5700 Wescott Drive, Cashmere, WA 98815
Directions: Use the livestock gates north of the Pavilion.
*Please attend this event only if you cannot make the August 22 testing day due to limited availability.
📅 August 11
⏰ Check-in: 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
📍 Eastmont FFA Classroom
905 8th St NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802
Directions: Enter the parking lot across from the 4-Plex softball fields. Head up the ramp and follow the posted signs.
Testing Information
✅ Waterfowl, doves, and pigeons do not need testing.
✅ All other poultry must be tested.
✅ Turkeys require a blood draw. Results should be available within a few days and in time for the NCW Fair, even for birds tested on August 22.
✅ The owner does not need to be present. Please provide the following information for each exhibitor:
•Name
•Mailing address
•Phone number
•Email address
✅ Test results are valid for both the Chelan County Fair and NCW Fair.
Suggested donation: $1 per animal to help cover testing costs.
