Springbrook Christian Academy We exist to see students transformed by the truth of God’s Word.

Springbrook Christian Academy brings an alternative to traditional schooling options to the Wellsboro Area. It is founded on the philosophy of Kingdom education, which focuses on the partnership between the home, school, and church and pursues a holistic integration of biblical truths in every aspect of learning. We accompany each student on their faith journey, acknowledging that a relationship with Christ is the most valuable aspect of education.

This week, PA State Rep. Clint Owlett, spoke to the Springbrook Christian Academy high school class on September 16th. He shared his background and what he does as a representative. He then walked the class through how an idea becomes a bill and then a law by having them create bills as either a member of the House or the Senate.

This is an involved process that takes time because it must go through the House and the Senate. When amendments to the bill occur, it can go back and forth 3 times before the final vote takes place. If a bill is successful in both the House and the Senate, it then goes to the Governor. The Governor can pass it, veto it, or decide to do nothing with it. If it is vetoed, the bill goes back to the House and Senate for an override vote. If there is a 2/3 affirmative vote to override it, then the bill becomes law.

The students enjoyed this activity and Rep. Owlett did a fantastic job sharing his government role with the students.

One of the best parts of Springbrook is the people who make it feel like home. 💙

Our teachers spend the school year investing in students, and summer gives them a chance to recharge, make memories, and enjoy life outside the classroom before another exciting year begins.

We thought you'd enjoy getting to know them a little better. Here's a glimpse into what our teachers have been up to this summer! ☀️😊

Summer is a season to rest, recharge, and grow.

Before welcoming students back for another exciting year, our teachers have been enjoying time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, exploring new places, and preparing for the year ahead.

We're grateful for the heart they bring to Springbrook—not just during the school year, but in every season. Take a look at their summer adventures! 🌿📚

This Independence Day, we're especially grateful for the freedom to teach, learn, and worship according to our convictions. The freedom to openly share our faith and point our children to Christ is a gift that generations have sacrificed to protect. May we never take it for granted. Happy Fourth of July from all of us at Springbrook! 🇺🇸

What a joyful evening at Springbrook Christian Academy’s Promotion Concert! We celebrated the growth and Christlike character of each of our students, giving thanks for the ways God is shaping their hearts and minds.

The highlight of the evening was honoring our two incredible graduates. We are so proud of the young men and women they have become and are excited to see how the Lord will continue to lead them in the next chapter of their lives.

Thank you to our families, teachers, volunteers, and supporters who make moments like this possible. Soli Deo Gloria!
