Saturday, February 28 at 5:00 pm - Enjoy a Hands-On Culinary Class: Appetizer and Mocktail Pairing
Roll up your sleeves and join us at Rookie Cooks Academy for a hands-on culinary experience. In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to prepare classic pork spring rolls from scratch, perfectly wrapped and served with a flavorful sweet chili dipping sauce. You’ll also master the art of preparing a whole artichoke simmered in aromatic court bouillon, then paired with a silky lemon-caper beurre blanc that highlights its delicate flavor.
The pork appetizer will be paired with a Crisp Apple Sparkler, combining tart cranberry, mellow apple, and gentle winter spices. If you want to turn it into a cocktail, feel free to bring Prosecco or Vodka.
To complement the artichoke, enjoy a refreshing Lemon Herb Spritz mocktail, specially paired to complement the vibrant citrus and herb notes. To make it a cocktail, bring Limoncello, Gin or Vodka
This fun and educational class is perfect for cooks of all skill levels — come hungry and leave with new techniques, delicious recipes, and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.
