Our teachers and staff received a delicious back-to-school surprise today! A huge thank you to Stacey Haskins for her incredible kindness and generosity in donating homemade baked goods to help us fuel up and kick off the new school year.

Community support like this makes our school family so special. We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness, Stacey—our teachers loved every single bite! 🍪✨

Due to the weather, the MWA is cancelling the carnival for tonight (Wednesday, 7/29). We look forward to seeing you all at the pie booth Thursday night instead!

We are only 6 pies away from our goal of 175 pies for the carnival!! If you are able, please drop one off at the pie booth during the carnival this week or reach out to schedule a different time to deliver.

We are also still looking for a few volunteers to run the booth on Saturday. Saturday night (right after the parade around 4:15pm - closing) is the most important shift. We could also open the booth earlier in the day on Saturday during the tractor pull and before the parade if anyone is available, but Saturday night is the most important.

We are making pies again tonight, Wednesday, 7/22, from 5pm+. Please join us if you can! We still have quite a few to make, so we really need your help in this final push to hit our goal of 175 pies for the carnival!!

If you plan to bake and bring a pie (or 2!) directly to the pie booth, please let us know so we can add it to our count.

Not a baker? We also gratefully accept donations through our Venmo account (-Mattison-1) or gift certificates to local grocery stores. Please also consider ordering a pie ahead of time from one of our local bakers, such as the Wells Country Store, Your Kitchen Mistress, Wellsmere Farm, the Cluckin' Cafe at Cones Point, or Mach's Market. We can work with them to have the pie made fresh and brought to the pie booth during the carnival. Please let us know if you place an order so we can add it to our running total.

We are planning to make pies again tonight, 7/16, from 5pm+. We still need donations of apples, cherries, peaches, flour & sugar to meet our goal of 175 pies for the carnival! We have about 32 left to go. Please help if you can. No time to bake or shop? Please donate and/or volunteer for our pie-making night, this Thursday, July 16th from 5pm+. We are looking for peaches, pitted cherries and apples to round out our pie offerings. Flour and sugar are always helpful too. We only have 48 pies left to go to hit our goal of 175 pies for the carnival!! No time to bake? We understand and we gratefully accept grocery store gift certificates, cash or Venmo (!Lisa-Mattison-1).
