SUMMER CAMP! ☀️🌈😎

The summer fun is just getting started, and we are so excited to share what we have planned for our upcoming camp weeks! We are taking our campers on a whirlwind trip around the globe, packed with hands-on activities, cultural discoveries, unforgettable memories, and our exciting Bible stories! Wednesdays include a movie, Thursdays include a cultural snack, and Fridays end with water activities! 🔫🌊

Week 4: Celebrate the USA! 🇺🇸🦅🎆

We are kicking things off with a massive patriotic celebration! This week is all about the USA, just in time for our country’s historic 250th Independence Day. Expect red, white, and blue fun, historical games, and a spectacular birthday party for America!

Week 5: Out in Australia! 🇦🇺🦘🐨

G'day, mates! This week, we are journeying Down Under to explore the incredible Land of Oz. From bounding kangaroos to cuddly koalas, campers will learn all about Australia's incredibly unique wildlife and stunning landscapes.

Week 6: Mysteries of Egypt! 🇪🇬🐪🐫

Step back in time to the land of pharaohs and pyramids! Campers will turn into archaeologists as we uncover ancient Egyptian mysteries, decode hieroglyphics, and explore the rich history of the Nile.

Week 7: Journey to Japan! 🇯🇵🏯🍣

From ancient traditions to modern marvels, we are diving deep into the culture of Japan. Campers will explore beautiful art forms, learn about unique customs, and celebrate the spirit of innovation.

Week 8: Fine Arts in France! 🇫🇷🥐🥖

For our grand finale, we are jetting off to beautiful France! We will immerse ourselves in the world of classic French art, culture, and creativity. It’s the perfect, picturesque way to wrap up an incredible summer.

Exciting News: Welcoming Our New Head of School Mrs. Terwilliger!

Dear St. David’s School Community,

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce our new Head of School! Please join us in extending a warm, heartfelt welcome to Mrs. Cathy Terwilliger who brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and decades of experience to our campus.

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in early childhood education, our new Head of School is deeply committed to supporting the growth, learning, and well-being of young children and their families.

Academic Excellence: She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and possesses a robust background in managing high-quality programs, developing innovative curricula, and building strong community partnerships.

A Heart for Community: Originally from Western New York, she now calls Loxahatchee, Florida home.

Family-First Values: Family is truly at the heart of everything she does. As a proud mother of seven children and grandmother to seven grandchildren, she understands firsthand the importance of a nurturing, supportive, and collaborative school environment.

Looking Ahead: Our new Head of School is eager to step into this role, with a clear vision to inspire our staff, uplift our students, and make a lasting, positive difference in the lives of everyone in the St. David’s community.
